Ludwig Van Beethoven

La Sinfonia n. 6 in fa maggiore Op. 68, detta Pastorale (in tedesco Pastoral-Sinfonie), fu composta da Ludwig van Beethoven tra il 1807 e l'inizio del 1808. Fu eseguita per la prima volta il 22 dicembre 1808 al Theater an der Wien. Il manoscritto originale si trova nella Beethovenhaus.

The Symphony No. 6 in F major, Op. 68, also known as the Pastoral Symphony (German: Pastorale), is a symphony composed by Ludwig van Beethoven, and completed in 1808. One of Beethoven's few works containing explicitly programmatic content, the symphony was first performed in the Theater an der Wienon 22 December 1808 in a four-hour concert.
